Steve Barnard has been associated with it all from the beginning and has negotiated most sales since then. An Erinvale resident himself, his is the only sales office on site and the company does not operate elsewhere. No other agent has as complete a portfolio of properties available.
His company also handles short and long term rentals, and all details of property management and maintenance including cleaning, gardening and pool services, in the absence of the owner.
